Website enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting an online form, sending an email or making an initial telephone enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A journey is confirmed only when availability, journey details and price have been agreed and Southmere Executive Travel has issued confirmation.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied at the time, which may include route, date, collection time, passenger numbers, luggage, waiting, additional stops, airport or flight information and return requirements. Changes to the itinerary may require a revised quotation.

Availability

All services are subject to availability. We may decline an enquiry where the itinerary cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Airport journeys

Customers should provide accurate flight, terminal and luggage information where relevant. Flight delays, airport disruption, road conditions and other circumstances outside reasonable control can affect journey timings.

Events and waiting

Where waiting time, event finish times, multiple stops or a return collection form part of the booking, the agreed arrangement will be reflected in the quotation or confirmation. Additional or materially changed requirements may affect the price.

Cancellation and payment

Any applicable payment requirements and cancellation terms should be supplied with the quotation or booking confirmation. Customers should review those terms before confirming.

Passenger responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, allowing appropriate journey time and ensuring passengers are ready at the agreed collection point. Any specific accessibility, child-seat, luggage or other requirements should be raised before confirmation so they can be considered.

Executive catering enquiries

Descriptions of executive catering are illustrative and all requests are subject to feasibility, availability and written quotation. Aircraft access or airside delivery is not guaranteed and must be agreed with the relevant operator, handler or authorised party. Menu specifications, ingredient and allergen requirements, delivery arrangements, payment and cancellation terms will be confirmed before a catering order is accepted.
