Which areas do you cover?
Southmere Executive Travel accepts pre-booked journeys across West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. Longer-distance UK journeys can also be considered by arrangement.
Which airports do you serve?
Gatwick and Heathrow are core airport routes. London City, Stansted and Luton can also be quoted, along with other UK airports where the itinerary is suitable.
Can I arrange a return after an event?
Yes. Include the event, expected finish time and whether you want a wait-and-return arrangement or a separate return collection. The arrangement will be confirmed as part of the quotation.
How is the price calculated?
Each journey is quoted around the route, date and time, anticipated waiting, passenger and luggage requirements, and any agreed additional stops. You receive the quotation before deciding whether to confirm.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. The form is a request for a quotation. A booking is only confirmed after availability, journey details and price have been agreed and confirmation has been issued.
