For aircraft enquiries, please include the airport or FBO, operator contact where relevant, flight time and any loading or packaging specifications known to you. Access and permissions must be arranged before delivery can be agreed.

Can you arrange catering for a private aircraft?
Private-aircraft and charter catering enquiries are welcome. Feasibility depends on the aircraft requirements, lead time, departure airport, operator or FBO procedures, and agreed delivery or handover arrangements.
Do you offer set menus?
We start with your brief rather than a fixed package. Suggested options and quotations can be discussed according to the occasion, service requirements and availability.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Tell us if specific dietary requirements or allergies need to be considered. Ingredient suitability, cross-contact risk and any special requirements must be discussed and confirmed before an order is accepted; no item is represented as allergen-free without explicit confirmation.
How much notice do you need?
As much notice as possible is helpful, especially for aircraft loading and specialist requests. Time-sensitive enquiries can be considered but are not guaranteed.
Can you deliver directly airside?
Airside or restricted-area delivery is not automatically included. Access approvals, any permitted handover location, security requirements and the responsible handling agent must be agreed in advance.
